Description
The Rigging Specialist aligns, levels, and anchors cranes; assembles and installs rigging, hoist, and pulling equipment; connects pulley and block systems; manipulates heavy loads; selects appropriate cables, gears, and shackles; signals workers; and tests rigging for safety. The role requires a Class A CDL, clean MVR, crane knowledge, mechanical reasoning, math and measurement ability, rigging experience, crane hand-signal knowledge, flexibility to travel and work overtime, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.
