Pilgrim’s is hiring a CDL Hatchery Driver in Russellville, Alabama to safely and efficiently transport eggs and chicks from company hatcheries. The role operates and maintains commercial hauling equipment, follows delivery schedules, communicates with hatchery, production, and farm staff, maintains equipment and work areas, and follows transportation, biosecurity, and company policies. Applicants need 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months, a positive drug and alcohol test, and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more; manual CMV operation is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or until the last load is delivered, with medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 60 days, paid time off, a 401(k) company match, and a base hourly salary of $24.95 plus overtime eligibility.
