Description
The CDL Program Director reports to the Director of Education and leads the commercial driver's license program. The role combines subject-matter expertise, curriculum development and implementation, faculty hiring and development, student advising and retention, program data analysis, and continuous improvement. It also requires driving and instructional duties, including demonstrating vehicle-coupling, inspection, and maneuvering skills, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a CDL license, and specified academic, industry, and management experience.
