Patriot Disposal is hiring a full-time Rear-load Driver to support waste management and recycling operations in residential neighborhoods. The role involves safely operating a rear-load truck, completing routes, coordinating with helpers, performing manual collection and loading, maintaining customer service and site standards, documenting work, and following DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures. The position requires a valid Class A or B CDL with an air brake endorsement, DOT medical certification, physical ability, and teamwork; it offers early-morning Monday–Friday work with occasional Saturdays, year-round employment, and medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits.
