The State of Colorado is hiring a temporary Certified Nurse Aide to provide medical assistance to patients in the dementia unit at San Carlos Correctional Facility in Pueblo, Colorado. The role includes activities of daily living, vital signs, transfers, catheter care, medication assistance, recordkeeping, and other clinical and clerical duties under registered nurse supervision. Applicants must have one year of full-time CNA experience, a valid Colorado CNA certification, and a valid QMAP certification; the position is temporary for nine months or less and requires Colorado residency or non-resident eligibility, a high school diploma or GED, valid work authorization, and successful completion of basic training and background checks.
