Microsoft is hiring a CO+I CE Field Service Engineer to support the availability, safety, security, and operational efficiency of critical environment infrastructure in leased datacenters. The role oversees mechanical and electrical equipment, manages maintenance, audits, change governance, risk mitigation, emergency response, reporting, and escalation, while collaborating with engineering groups and landlord partners. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of datacenter or critical-environment experience, or three years of industry experience with college coursework; preferred qualifications include experience with UPS, generators, AHUs, large-scale critical-environment projects, and IT infrastructure.
