AstraZeneca is hiring for its two-year CEE-BA Leadership Trainee Program, an accelerated leadership development opportunity for early-career professionals in commercial teams. Participants will rotate through marketing, sales, and market access teams, develop strategic thinking and collaboration skills, gain international exposure, and potentially progress into a business-head role. The program requires up to three years of professional experience in marketing, sales, medical, or market access, higher education, strong communication and problem-solving skills, English fluency, a driving license, and MS Office proficiency.
