Description
Volkert is hiring an experienced CEI Inspector for Midwest Construction Services Group in Carbondale, Illinois, or Collinsville, Illinois. The role performs routine construction inspections, engineering computations, materials testing, truck-load-ticket verification, SWPPP inspections, daily reporting, and field measurements under the supervision of Resident Engineers or Construction Engineering and Inspection Managers. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of construction inspection experience, a valid driver’s license, U.S. work authorization, and availability for nights and weekends. The position pays $24–$35 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
