Description
Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd. is hiring a Cell Engineer to specify and develop lithium-ion battery cells from sourcing through series introduction, manage cell lifecycle activities, work with suppliers, support release-relevant development processes, create test cases, validate production maturity, and perform failure analysis. The role requires a university degree in a relevant science field, 3–5 years of lithium-ion cell industry experience focused on automotive cell design/development, and strong knowledge of cell design, validation, production processes, and English/Chinese communication skills; German and AI tools are beneficial.
