Description
The Cell Production Supervisor oversees cell employees, production flow, machine and product quality, shop orders, material issuance, in-process production approvals, quality and food-safety issues, training, paperwork, and continuous improvement. The role requires a forklift license, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, quality orientation, teamwork, and some computer skills; supervisory experience is a plus. It is a safety-sensitive position that may require a drug test.
