RTX’s Pratt & Whitney Cell Leader will lead one or more Business Unit Cells in the manufacture and repair of jet engine components. The role provides team leadership, ensures safe and environmentally sound work, supports continuous improvement, sets goals, conducts performance reviews, and bridges objectives across three operating shifts. The position is onsite in North Berwick, Maine, requires a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree with at least four years of experience, and offers a salary range of 68,900 to 131,100 USD.
