Description
Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG) is hiring a Cell Leader to assist a supervisor in managing department safety, quality, productivity, staffing assignments, communication meetings, training, cross-training, 5S compliance, work instructions, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. The role requires a high school diploma/GED or one to six-plus months of related experience or training, basic math and communication abilities, problem-solving, and knowledge of AS400 Manufacturing software. It is a physically demanding, on-site position involving standing, walking, frequent bending, and lifting up to 100 pounds, with a wage range of $22.00–$24.00 per hour depending on experience. CVG does not provide visa sponsorship.
