Description
The Cell Operator reports to the Secondary Production Manager and is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC and gear hobbing equipment to produce precision components. The role uses FANUC controls, G and M code programming, blueprint interpretation, precision measurement, tooling, fixtures, and quality inspection to meet production and customer requirements. The position requires experience with custom or production work, multiple gear hobbing and shaping machines, manual gear analysis, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
