Electro-Methods is hiring a CNC Milling Operator in South Windsor, Connecticut, to set up and operate CNC milling machines, interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements, monitor machining processes, inspect parts, maintain aerospace-quality documentation, and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of CNC milling experience, and the ability to read technical drawings and use precision measurement tools; aerospace machining and multi-axis milling experience are preferred.
