Electro-Methods is hiring a Deburr Bench Technician in South Windsor, Connecticut, to perform precision finishing and deburring on machined aerospace components in a Lean flow line. The role removes burrs and sharp edges, inspects parts against engineering specifications, prepares them for downstream processes, maintains 5S work areas, and supports standard work and coaching. Manufacturing or finishing experience is preferred, along with attention to detail, manual dexterity, the ability to work with small precision components, extended standing, and lifting 40–50 pounds.
