Electro-Methods is hiring a Cell Technician/EDM Operator in South Windsor, Connecticut, to operate wire and sink EDM equipment and produce precision aerospace components. The role includes setting up electrodes, monitoring machining cycles, inspecting parts, documenting results, maintaining equipment, and supporting continuous Lean production flow. A high school diploma or equivalent and experience operating EDM or related machining equipment are required; aerospace machining experience, GD&T, and blueprint reading are preferred. The position requires extended standing and lifting 40–50 pounds.
