Description
Cell Therapy Field Clinical Advisors at AstraZeneca’s Global Cell Therapy Clinical Operations team support cell therapy clinical trials by improving recruitment, retention, safety management, protocol education, and early risk/insight generation across multiple indications. The role partners closely with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Supply/Logistics, Patient Operations, and Country Ops to translate protocols into site actions, capture and escalate field insights, support inspection readiness, and drive consistent trial execution. The position requires a health-related bachelor’s degree, at least 5+ years in clinical research or field-facing roles in oncology/hematology or advanced therapies with direct cell therapy experience, and frequent regional/national/international travel.
