Orca Bio is hiring a Cell Therapy Production Associate, Oncology - Day Shift to operate and monitor advanced cell-processing, expansion, and filling equipment in Grade B/C cleanrooms, execute SOPs and batch records, maintain production equipment and workstations, and document activities in a GMP environment. The role collaborates with Materials Management, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance and requires cleanroom gowning, visual inspection, and regular video meetings. The position is based at the company’s Sacramento manufacturing facility, follows a day-shift schedule with possible overtime and weekend work, and offers a base hourly range of $24–$26 plus potential annualized overtime earnings, equity, bonuses, and benefits.
