Description
The Quality Control role is responsible for establishing and scaling a cell validation function, including developing validation plans, optimizing test and validation methodologies, digitizing the testing operating model, analyzing results, planning and coordinating testing projects, and supporting new testing facilities. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in high-throughput manufacturing, and at least two years of experience as a project manager, product engineer, or similar. It also requires strong SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, English proficiency, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
