Description
Octopi Brewing, now owned by Asahi Beer USA, is seeking Cellar Brewers for various shifts. The role involves managing yeast pitching, fermentation, conditioning, filtration, dry hopping, and dealcoholization. Candidates must be comfortable working standing for extended periods in a noisy, varying temperature environment, reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused. Prior brewing or food/beverage production experience is a plus.
