Description
Reporting to the Oenology and Laboratory Manager, this role oversees cellar operations for receiving, processing, and preparing wines for bottling, while ensuring oenological practices comply with regulations and QA certifications such as IFS and BRC. The position manages bulk wine stocks, cellar records, inventory reliability, maintenance and hygiene of tank farm facilities and equipment, and coordinates external audits and corrective actions. It also supervises a team of four cellar operators and ensures health and safety standards are followed.
