Citizen Cider is hiring an entry-level Cider Maker/Production Operator to manage cider production from raw-material sourcing through fermentation, testing, sanitation, and safe dispatch. The role includes product formulation, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, CIP procedures, yeast pitching, training, and production performance goals. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, related experience or training, or an equivalent combination, along with attention to detail, communication, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
