Description
The Cellar Supervisor leads a shift at a contract brewery, making production decisions, coordinating communication between the Cellar, Batching, Brewhouse, and Packaging teams, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring documentation, sanitation, and safety standards are completed. The role requires physical work involving extended standing and lifting, along with organizational, troubleshooting, and shift-filling skills; 2–3 years of brewing experience and a Brewing Science/Technology degree are preferred. The position pays $28.00 per hour for the first shift, with additional differentials for other shifts.
