Description
The Cellar Technician operates and maintains hard-cider production equipment, including filtration, CIP, and transfer systems; supports cellar operations, inventory, employee training, new-product development, and production-quality control; and helps meet production quotas. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and business-math skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, physical ability to lift 165 pounds and stand for an entire shift, and regular attendance. The position works eight to ten hours per day, five to six days per week, with possible weekend work and exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and other production hazards.
