Description
The Cellular 4G/5G System Performance Engineer will work in Apple’s silicon design group on embedded 5G/4G/multimode cellular system and firmware. The role involves collaborating with system engineers, firmware developers, integration and test engineers; designing performance verification lab use cases and test cases; troubleshooting UE performance issues; developing test scripts for network emulators; and guiding test execution. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, and 5+ years in 4G/5G development, system engineering, or device performance verification, along with strong analysis, debugging, scripting, and cellular test-equipment skills.
