Description
Pigment is hiring a Solution Consulting Team Lead to coach and manage a cohort of Solutions Consultants, allocate resources to sales opportunities, participate in business opportunities, deliver demos and planning-model workshops, coach team members, manage up to five people, support hiring, and develop account and execution strategies. The role reports to the EMEA Solutions Consulting Leader, requires prior pre-sales or solution consulting leadership experience, at least three years of EPM pre-sales experience, relevant subject-matter expertise, strong communication and presentation skills, German and English proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 30%.
