Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording behavioral data, assisting with parent training, documenting progress, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting behavior assessments and skills acquisition. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain RBT certification, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and meet the physical and reliability requirements; the pay range is $19–$25.
