Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording behavioral data, assisting with parent and caregiver training, maintaining documentation, communicating progress, ensuring client safety, and supporting behavior assessments and skill acquisition. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain RBT certification, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and meet the physical and reliability requirements; prior experience is additional but not required.
