Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a full-time, center-based Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one and group ABA therapy for young children with autism. The role delivers intensive teaching and natural-environment training, follows individualized treatment plans, collects behavior data, supports parent and caregiver training, documents progress, communicates with families, maintains a safe environment, and assists with assessments and materials. Candidates must hold current RBT certification, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, be at least 18 years old, and be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and an annual tuberculosis test.
