Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician for a Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. center-based ABA therapy program. The role provides direct one-on-one and group client care, implements individualized treatment plans, collects behavior data, supports parent and caregiver training, maintains documentation, communicates progress, and maintains a safe therapy environment. Candidates must hold current RBT certification, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, be at least 18 years old, and be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and an annual tuberculosis test. The position pays $18-$24 per hour, with increases based on education and experience, and includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a tuition discount program, a 401K, and a practicum program for aspiring BCBA's.
