Description
Centria Autism is hiring a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under a BCBA, train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs, assist with behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze client data, collaborate on treatment decisions, and engage families through communication and parent training. The role offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, along with professional development, CEU stipends, paid CEU days, wellness support, and other benefits.
