Description
Centria Autism is hiring a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under a BCBA, train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs, develop and modify behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze client data, collaborate on treatment decisions, and engage families through communication and parent training. The role offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000, weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, a $15,000 signing bonus, professional development support, and other employee benefits.
