Centria Autism is hiring a Telehealth BCBA to provide remote clinical oversight for in-home ABA services. The role involves supervising and coaching Behavior Technicians, developing and implementing assent-based individualized behavior plans, leading virtual family training, and maintaining data-driven clinical quality. The position offers a base salary up to $105,000, a $10,000 signing bonus, monthly and weekly bonuses averaging $1,000 or more per month, flexible work-from-home arrangements, benefits, and career development support.
