Description
Centria is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative in-center setting. The role provides guidance to Behavior Technicians, develops and implements assent-based individualized behavior plans, engages parents in on-site training, and maintains clinical quality through supervision and data-driven decision-making. Compensation includes a base salary up to $105,000, a $10,000 signing bonus, and monthly and weekly bonuses averaging $1,000 or more per month, along with benefits, paid continuing education, and other perks.
