Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a full-time, center-based Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one and group ABA therapy for young children with autism. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording behavioral data, assisting with parent training, communicating client progress, maintaining safety, and supporting behavior assessments and skills acquisition. Candidates must hold current RBT certification, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, be at least 18 years old, and be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and an annual tuberculosis test. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pay of $18 to $25 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
