Description
The Center Coordinator will support the Center for Behavioral Science and AI by handling administrative and executive-support tasks, managing partner and funder pipelines, coordinating convenings and external meetings, maintaining the Center’s annual calendar, tracking policy, funding, and speaking deadlines, and supporting special projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and 2–5 years of administrative, coordination, or executive-support experience, with nonprofit, startup, or research experience preferred. It is a remote position subject to APA’s flexible-work policy and work-eligibility restrictions.
