Center Director at Learning Care Group

The Center Director leads a child care center by managing school staff, planning schedules, evaluating performance, supporting curriculum implementation, recruiting and retaining staff, maintaining licensing compliance, and fostering a safe, educational environment for children and families. The role requires candidates to be at least 21, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, meet applicable state and center requirements, and have 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience; early childhood education experience is preferred.
