Description
The Center Director serves as the educational, operational, and cultural leader of an early education and family center. The role supervises staff, leads program implementation, manages budgets and compliance, oversees enrollment, tuition, food service, safety, and community engagement, and supports family and staff development. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field with three years of administrative or supervisory experience, or a master’s degree with one year of such experience; bilingual ability is strongly preferred. The position is full time, full year, and overtime exempt, with travel to various centers and rotating schedules potentially required.
