European Wax Center is hiring a full-time Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its Overland Park center. The role coaches and develops associates, drives sales and guest-experience performance, manages staffing and profitability, resolves guest concerns, ensures compliance, and executes promotions and merchandising. Candidates should have at least two years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, experience managing KPIs and budgets, and familiarity with POS, scheduling, and guest-management software. The position offers a base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
