Description
The Center Manager oversees the administrative and operational efficiency of a health center, including patient flow, front-office and medical-record functions, insurance and eligibility verification, payments, complaints, inventory, staff development, community referrals, and office operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least two years of professional customer-service experience; a bachelor's degree or related public-health/community-development experience is preferred. It is not remote and follows a Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. schedule, with occasional off-hours or off-days work.
