Description
The Center Operations Manager I will manage daily donor center operations, including regulatory compliance, inspections, corrective actions, safety, equipment maintenance, product and sample storage, inventory, employee performance, training, scheduling, payroll, and operational KPIs. The role also supports donor relationships, marketing initiatives, and employee relations. A high school diploma or equivalent with 12 months of applicable experience is required, while one year of operations or process management/supervisory experience and one year of people management experience are preferred.
