Description
The Donor Center Operations Manager will oversee daily donor-center operations, including regulatory compliance, inspections, quality improvement, corrective and preventive actions, safety and environmental practices, equipment and product storage, inventory and cost control, employee performance and hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and donor relationships. The role requires at least one year of people-management experience, training in production areas, and the ability to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and after-hours; a bachelor’s degree and experience in fiscal management or a highly regulated industry are preferred.
