Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time Center Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of an early-intervention Applied Behavior Analysis therapy center. The role manages parent and family communication, client onboarding, schedules, leave requests, clinician accountability, clinical audits, billing and insurance authorizations, employee certifications, document management, budgeting, staffing, and team events. The position is based in the Washington D.C. and/or Baltimore metro areas, with travel across Maryland and Virginia as needed, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
