Ally Behavior is hiring a Center Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of an early-intervention Applied Behavior Analysis therapy center. The role manages parent and family communication, client onboarding, schedules, leave requests, clinician accountability, clinical audits, billing and insurance authorizations, employee certifications, document management, budgeting, staffing, and team events. The position is salaried and full-time, based in the Washington D.C. and/or Baltimore metro areas, with travel across Maryland and Virginia as needed, and offers a $60,000–$70,000 USD pay range plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
