The role manages parent and family communication, client onboarding, schedules, leave requests, clinician accountability, clinical audits, billing and insurance authorizations, employee certifications, document management, budgeting, staffing, and team events. The position is full-time and salaried, with a pay range of $60,000 to $70,000 USD, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, bonuses, and other benefits. It requires a background check and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
