Description
The Center Resource Partner supports Head Start and Early Head Start teachers in planning, organizing, and directing classroom programs for children. The role involves curriculum and learning-environment management, child supervision and behavior support, parent and family engagement, program reporting, and occasional bus monitoring or kitchen duties. It requires a high school diploma or GED, effective communication, adaptability to different age groups, and participation in a subsequent CDA cohort. The position is non-exempt, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and reports to the Center Director.
