The Center Resource Partner assists teachers in planning, organizing, and directing programs for children, ensuring a high-quality environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. This role involves maintaining an age-appropriate, clean, and safe classroom, implementing learning experiences, and supporting children's overall development and family engagement. Key responsibilities include curriculum assistance, teacher-child interaction, adult-adult interaction, child assessment, parent involvement, and program management, all while adhering to relevant standards and regulations.
