Description
The Center Support Assistant supports early childhood programs for children ages birth to five by assisting in classrooms, implementing developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining safe and nurturing environments, supporting families, and maintaining records. The role may also include kitchen or janitorial duties depending on the center. It reports to the Center Manager and requires a high school diploma or GED, DCF 45-hour training, and a CDA is highly preferred. The position pays $16.59–$18.37 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
