Description
The Central Dispatch Planner monitors flight information and passenger quantities, coordinates requirements across airline and internal departments, prepares and prints labels, allocates information, and validates food safety, quality, and quantity control. The role analyzes flight data for stock planning, supports timely dispatch and delivery, communicates changes to the Transport team, and requires strong communication, organization, data interpretation, and flexibility for a seven-day production kitchen schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
