ESAT Les Oliviers du Taouro is hiring a central kitchen packaging worker in Vence on a fixed-term replacement contract. The role supports the Central Kitchen Manager and kitchen team leaders by preparing work areas, assigning tasks, decontaminating equipment, packaging food according to quantities and special diets, labeling products, allocating orders, preparing delivery notes, checking quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The position is full-time at 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a gross salary of €2,216.68. A CAP or equivalent qualification is preferred, along with HACCP and Sanitary Control Plan knowledge; modified-texture knowledge is advantageous, and entry-level applicants are accepted.
